Title: Good news and Bad/Sad news
Post by: Carter on November 24, 2014, 10:30:57 AM
As some of you know I have my house for sale. And for that reason I am getting rid of things I won't be able to take with me or I am putting it in storage. Well the good news is I sold my boat. My hunting buddy's son-in-law bought it for his son. I know they will get a lot of enjoyment from it. The bad/sad news is I sold my boat.  :'( Now I am shorebound until I sell my house. So I am hoping that it will sell very soon. You all have a happy Thanksgiving  :)

Well what are we going to do for a boat now? If you haven't gone by spring I guess your going to have to take a trip in the tin rig!
Happy Thanksgiving to all. I am cooking the turkey today because we go to the outlaws for turkey day and the wife has to work Friday. Dang, I can already see a couple of turkey sandwiches and a nap in my future! ;D

Carter, You are headed into a new chapter and it will be good.  When I sold my 187 about a year ago I had it on the market between 3 and 4 months. One guy came to look at it and he left with it.   BTW I did see a really nice and I mean cherry  95 202 with a 225 on it for sale on EBAY. It is located in Florida. Hmmm..

Hope Thanksgiving was good for all. Rachel, Corbin, and I kept it pretty low keyed. Our neighbors invited us to join them for the meal and it was a nice day.

My girlfriend and I spent Thanksgiving at my folks in Las Vegas. We had a good time. I even came back ahead.

I don't plan to buy another boat until after I buy my next house which may be a couple of years.

OH my ! A couple years of boatless huh ?  Last time I was in that situation was back in the 70s. I don't think I could do a couple years. Hope your house sells soon.

Steve, I will have charter trips every so often and I am hoping I can find a bass club so I can fish team tournaments.
